[[PENDENTE: revisão do Founder]] This text is a draft written by an agent, in the structure Brazilian data protection law requires, and it has not been reviewed or approved by the Founder yet. No form on this site should go live before that review.

This policy explains which personal data UAI Works collects on www.uaiworks.com, what it uses the data for, who it shares the data with and how you exercise your rights under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), which governs this site.

Who the controller is

The controller is [[PENDENTE: razão social]], registered under CNPJ [[PENDENTE: CNPJ]], trading as UAI Works. It decides what this site collects and why.

What data is collected

Only what you type into the site forms, plus the minimum that travels with the submission to give your request context:

  • Name and email: required in both forms on the site — contact and material. Without them there is no way to reply or to deliver anything.
  • Phone and company: optional. You decide whether to share them.
  • Message: contact form only, with whatever you want to tell us.
  • The address of the page where the form was filled in and the campaign parameters in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term), when the link you arrived through carries them. They tell us which content brought you here.
  • The page language at the time of submission, so we reply in the same language.

This site uses no cookies, uses no analytics tool and loads no third-party resource in your browser. Nothing is collected while you simply browse: collection starts and ends with a form submission, with your explicit consent.

We also do not collect sensitive personal data (art. 5, II of the LGPD) and do not knowingly process data of children or adolescents — the forms are aimed at professionals.

What the data is used for

  • Replying to your message and carrying on the conversation you started.
  • Delivering the material you asked for on a material landing page.
  • Talking to you about the topic of the material or product that prompted the contact, for as long as your consent stands.

Data is not sold, rented or handed to third parties for their own benefit, and it feeds no third-party advertising.

Processing rests on your consent, under art. 7, I of the LGPD, given when you tick the consent box before submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time through the channel below, and withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Who the data is shared with

  • LeadWorks: an internal UAI Works system that receives and organises contacts and material requests. It acts as the processor of the data, under the controller's instructions, and is not a third-party company.
  • Google (Firebase Firestore and Firebase Hosting): infrastructure. Data submitted through the forms is stored in the LeadWorks project database, in Firestore; the pages of this site are served by Firebase Hosting. Google acts as an infrastructure processor and does not use this data for its own purposes.

Beyond those two, data is only shared to meet a legal, regulatory or judicial obligation.

How long the data is kept

[[PENDENTE: prazo de retenção definido pelo Founder]]

Until that period is defined, data is kept for as long as the purpose behind the collection requires, and is deleted at the data subject's request, as described in the next section.

What your rights are

Art. 18 of the LGPD guarantees you, at any time and free of charge:

  • confirmation that your data is being processed;
  • access to the data we hold about you;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed outside the law;
  • portability of the data to another provider, as regulated;
  • deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent;
  • information about who we share your data with;
  • information about the option not to consent and what that entails;
  • withdrawal of consent.

How to exercise your rights

Write to contato@uaiworks.com with your request and the email address you used in the form. We reply to that same address. If the request is for deletion, the data is erased from the system that received it.

Data protection officer

The data protection officer, under art. 41 of the LGPD, is [[PENDENTE: encarregado de dados]], at contato@uaiworks.com.
