History
UAI Works was founded in 2026 with a clear goal: to turn advanced technology into products that solve real problems.
The company grew out of the perception that software, automation and artificial intelligence created an opportunity to build solutions far more efficient, specialized and accessible than was possible just a few years ago.
Rather than developing technology for its own sake, UAI Works starts from concrete problems of companies and markets to create products that simplify operations, increase productivity, generate intelligence and build competitive advantage.
The company's first products reflect that vision. Vibelo3D is aimed at managing and growing 3D printing businesses. MenuWorks modernizes the experience and the operation of bars and restaurants. UAI Smart explores the intelligent use of data to support business decisions.
UAI Works is born in Brazil, but with a vision that is not limited to a single sector or market: turning good ideas and advanced technologies into relevant, differentiated and scalable products, with national and global potential.
Mission
To give people who run a business the tools to see their own operation clearly and decide based on data that has a source. We do not decide in anyone's place: we organize the evidence, point to paths and leave the decision with the people who know the business.
Founder
Leonardo Almeida Bastos is the founder of UAI Works.
A Software Engineering graduate, he built his career at the intersection of technology, business, services and management.
Before UAI Works, he co-founded a technology company and later held executive positions at a global software company, reaching the global leadership of a support operation.
After years working with companies, technology and the transformation of operations, he decided to return to entrepreneurship to build new products from the ground up.
At UAI Works, he works directly on product definition, strategy, technology and market validation, focused on turning real problems into intelligent, scalable software solutions.
