UAI Smart is a food service expert agent. It answers restaurant management questions from a curated knowledge base in which every claim has a source, a date and a validation state. When the knowledge base does not cover a topic, it says so instead of making an answer up.
The product is being built to know the context of each restaurant: the establishment's profile, offer, service, hours, audience and the external context, such as weather, calendar and reputation. The goal is for the answer to stop being a generic expert's and become an answer about that restaurant.
Product principles: no fact without a source; uncertainty is shown, not hidden; structured data rules exact metrics; and the decision always belongs to the people who run the business.
